Beginning my journey at 18 with the ISSA personal trainer certification, I’ve worked as a coach, personal trainer, educator, and performer. Landing a job out of college managing the fitness center in an urban native health clinic, I began to question what IS fitness and look at movement through the lens of health and wellness. After rehabbing myself from a collection of injuries and falling out of alignment within the medical industrial complex, I want to offer my medicine to those who feel a fit.

My offerings are individual and tailored to the client, but I’ve been able to help individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds in the realm of movement therapy and performance coaching.
